About Me

My Approach

I use a variety of mind body modalities to help you come back to the peace and joy that is ever present, even if it is momentarily out of your awareness.

Meet Stephanie Rauch, Ph.D., Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Massage Therapist and Trager Practitioner

Stephanie traveled the world as a professional tennis player. Over the last 20 years she reinvented herself as a mind body psychotherapist to help people get what they want out of life. Her specialties include sports psychology, couples counseling, individual counseling and helping people manage chronic pain.

Dr. Rauch took time away from her practice to learn how to work with her own chronic pain. She now makes the most of medicines available and lives a very active life.

She earned her Ph.D. and masters at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In addition she graduated from several in depth programs at the Gestalt Institute in Cleveland.

Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Massage Therapist in North Carolina. Stephanie’s specialty in body work is as a Trager Practitioner, although she has studied multiple mind body modalities and meditation techniques.

Trager is a gentle form of bodywork both on and off a massage table.

In her private practice Stephanie helps clients understand their deeper experiences, and feelings to make meaning of their lives. She does this by listening a lot, and teaching the client to also listen to themselves.
